Quality

Quality has always been the foremost consideration with the Company Management. Our Quality process begins from the paddy procurement stage and continues till the product finally reaches the consumer. An in-house state-of-the-art Quality Control Laboratory, checks the attributes of paddy and ensures standardization of quality, texture and color of the rice and allied products. Over the years, the company has taken steps towards backward integration. We have entered into a contract farming agreement with various agro industries and corporations to procure tonnes of traditional paddy directly from the farmers. This step has enabled us to ensure consistency in quality.
Infrastructure
Rajendra Modern Rice Mill has a fully automated state-of-the art processing facility, global scale milling capacity, food research center, unmatched locational advantage, backward integration for paddy procurement and an excellent distribution and retail presence all over the world. We have world-class state-of-the-art plants with milling capacities of hundreds of metric tonnes per day. These plants are fully automated through the entire chain of processing of rice, from paddy stage to the packaging of the final product. Extremely stringent hygiene and safety norms are maintained as per international standards. Production is aided with advanced Color Master Processing technology to detect impurities, maintain quality, colour and size. We make use of hi-tech de-stoning machines, huskers, graders and polishing equipments. Our team of professionals have seamlessly integrated the operations from paddy de-husking to product packaging, aimed at minimizing handling costs and wastage. All the products are finally packed in Re-cycled and Eco Friendly Jute Bags.
